Scratch-built 1:8 scale Type 41 Royale Chassis by Egon Rastner

You may know that, somewhere hidden on my BugattiPage.com site I still have a large-size drawing of a Bugatti T41 Royale Weinberger for sale. Click on the next link: where this drawing is mentioned.

Well, Egon Rastner sent me these photographs of the 1:8 scale Royale rolling chassis miniature which he built, based on this drawing. This was indeed quite a project! The drawing can also be seen on the photographs.
